Prices in webshop:
In order to ensure proper display of the prices for domestic and international customers, you have to register in the online store to view the prices and make the order.
All prices in shop are in EURO currency and they include 22% TAX (DDV) if you shipping destination is inside European Union.
If your shipping address is outside European Union (USA, Russia, Australlia, etc.) then the 22% TAX is not included in the price.
We can change the prices and design layout without prior notice because of changes and improvements on our products.
Shipping is not included in product price and is calculated based on weight, total cart value and shipping destination.
Product price on order confirmation is the final price.
Contract between buyer and seller is made when you received email with order confirmation.
Ordered products will be shipped out within 2-3 working days after payment is marked as received.
Items that are in stock have the "Add to cart" button. If product does not have "Add to cart" button it means it's not in stock or it is temporary discontinued.
We accept bankwire payments and Paypal payments. Choice of payment options depends on the country and its shipping options.
Payment on delivery is not possible.
Import charges and Fees:
As our shop is located in European Union (EU), all customers from EU already pay our local 22% VAT (tax) which is included in the price.
If you are located in a country which is not part of European union, than your prices are without VAT as order is made as Tax excluded.
When importing goods into your country which is not part of European Union, import taxes, fees and you local VAT may apply.
How to place an order in our webshop:
Customer has to register into the webshop through register form to see the prices and to make the order.
When registering, you choose your shipping address and based on that the 22% TAX (DDV) is added to the products, if your shipping address is inside the European Union.
When adding items to the cart, it's value changes based on the product price, and with that also shipping costs are changing automaticly as they are based on products weight.
1st. step – Summary:
After you add desired products to the cart, you proceed to the next step (Checkout) where you can review your order and change it if you wish. When all is done please click on the "NEXT" button to proceed to the next step.
2nd. step – Login:
As you are allready loged in, the LOGIN step goes automaticly through.
3rd. step – Address:
Here you can check and change your delivery address. If everything is ok click on the "NEXT" button.
4th. step – Shipping:
At this step you review the selected shipping carrier, and the most importan thing, you Agree that your decision of order is final and that you have read the Legal Terms.
5th. step – Payment:
You choose your desired way of making payment. If you choose Paypal, you will be directed to the Paypal website where you can complete your payment and your order will be completed.
If you choose bankwire, than proceed to step 5a.
5a. step – Payment:
You have chosen bankwire, so you have to confirm your order once again, after confirmation you will be redirected to webpage with bankwire details for making the money transfer. Also email with bankwire details will be sent to the email you have provided in the registration process.
After order is placed you will receive all details of order to your email address.
Invoice will be shipped together with your order.
Changing the order:
Cart can be changed anytime before order was taken over the final step.
If your order is payed, but not yet shipped, you can still add or remove products from your order. Just send us email to email@example.com and we will assist you with your wishes. Even if you want to cancel a non shipped order, this is not a problem.
Final confirmation of order:
Order is automaticly confirmed after Paypal payment was made, or in case of Bankwire at the time when the money has arrived to the Bank account.
Items will be shipped out within 7 days after order was made. For parts made to order preparation time can be up to 14 days.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated when items are added into cart and are based on product weight.

To - 42,70€ tax included
Shipping to all NON EU European countries:
From - 9,50€ tax excluded
To - 62,00€ tax excluded
Shipping to rest of the world:
From - 25,00€ tax excluded

All packages are sent with insurance and tracking
Estimated time of delivery:
EU Countries from 3-21 working days after order was marked as shipped.
Rest of the world from 7-28 working days after order was marked as shipped.

Troubles with product:
If you received the product that does not meet the criteria or is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the problem and we can arrange a replacement or return of the faulty product.
Answers and questions before and after order:
We are always trying to help our customers the best way we can, so if you need assistence or you have questions than you can contact us throuh the online "Contact Us" form.
If you want to return the unopened, undamaged and unused item you have to contact us within 14 days after package was collected.

Returns have to be shipped to the following address: Dejan Toplak s.p., Kocbekova pot 2, 2234 Benedikt, Slovenija.
If you are outside EU you also have to correctly fill the CN23 Customs declaration form.
Customer takes the Return shipping cost. Package has to be sent as registered with trackign.
Payment will be returned as soon as possible.
Customers can not return products that were made to customers specifications and have been customized to customers needs.
Cancelation of the order is possible until the order is marked as shipped. You can cancel the order with message to our email: firstname.lastname@example.org
You can view your orders under "My Account" link where you can click on "Order History and Details".
Changing personal data and address:
Personal data and addreses can be changed under "My Account Link", where you have the option to change personal data and you shipping addresses.
Data entered by customers are confidential and are used only for webshop comunication with the customers.
Your data will not be given to thirdy party Persons of Companys.
Our webstore uses 1 first-party session cookie which expires when user closes the browser.
First-party cookies do not require informed consent.
